The Company is engaged in the business of developing, marketing and operating a cloud-based platform for educational institutions including universities, schools, colleges, tuition centers etc. (“Institutions”) that provides the Institutions with software solutions.
The access to the Website and the Services are offered to You conditioned on acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Disclaimer and applicable terms and conditions such as Terms and Conditions as displayed on the Website and any amendments made to it by the Company at its sole discretion and posted on the Website.
